The Business Development Manager at Prediq plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth. This position is focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. The role involves strategic B2B marketing and sales conversations with senior executives, acting as a trusted advisor to help accelerate their growth goals.

Experience Requirement:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Tech B2B Sales, preferably selling solutions to VP/C-Level Executives.
  • Proven track record in new business development and large-scale sales.
  • Marketing Tech/Services experience is preferred but not required.

Desired Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of the B2B Sales and Marketing landscape, including technologies, tactics, services, and strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively.
  • Relationship-building skills to navigate organizations and identify key contacts.
  • Confidence in tailoring sales pitches and overcoming objections.
  • Project management and creative design skills.
  • Proficiency with AI, Word, Excel, and Email.
  • Willingness to travel domestically (10%).
